SAHC Home Fragrances: "Keep It Lit" Candle Box Policy

This policy governs the enrollment, management, billing, and cancellation of the "Keep It Lit" Candle Box service offered by SAHC Home Fragrances. By enrolling in this membership, you agree to these terms and conditions.

1. Subscription Agreement and Billing

  • Enrollment and Tiers: By selecting a subscription option on a product page and completing checkout, you agree to a recurring delivery every thirty (30) days.
  • Signature Access: Includes one (1) 10oz vessel from the Signature Collection at the member rate of $18.00 (Regular Price: $25.00).
  • The Continuous Flame: Includes one (1) candle from the Everyday Favorites line at the member rate of $12.00 (Regular Price: $14.00).
  • Lifetime Price Shield: These exclusive member rates are protected for the life of your active membership. While regular retail prices may increase, your specific member rate will remain unchanged as long as your subscription remains active and in good standing.
  • Automatic Renewal: The "Keep It Lit" Candle Box is an automatic renewal service. Your chosen payment method will be charged your specific tier rate plus applicable taxes and shipping every 30 days. You authorize SAHC Home Fragrances to charge the designated account on a recurring basis until cancellation.
  • Payment Failure: If a billing attempt fails, you will be notified immediately. We will attempt to process the payment up to three times over seven days. If payment remains unsuccessful, your subscription will be paused, and your Price Shield may be at risk if the account is not reconciled.

2. Subscription Management

  • Account Portal: You can manage your membership via the SAHC Customer Account Portal. You may update shipping/billing info or change your preferred scent selection. Modifications must be made at least 48 hours before your next billing date.
  • Skipping a Shipment (Pausing): You may pause your subscription and skip an upcoming shipment through the portal. To avoid a charge, this must be processed at least 48 hours before your scheduled billing date.
  • Cancellation Policy: You may cancel at any time. Cancellations must be processed at least 48 hours before your next billing date. If you cancel within the 48-hour window, you will receive that final shipment, and your subscription will terminate thereafter.

3. Shipping, Returns, and Exchanges

  • Fulfillment: Shipping costs are itemized at checkout. Subscription orders are processed and shipped via FBM (Fulfilled by Merchant) within 1–3 business days following successful billing.
  • Damaged or Incorrect Items: Due to the recurring nature of the subscription, we do not accept returns for non-defective candles. If your candle arrives damaged or you receive the incorrect scent, contact customers@getasahc.com or call 877-749-7730 within seven (7) days of delivery for a complimentary replacement.

4. Policy Changes

SAHC Home Fragrances reserves the right to modify these terms. Active subscribers will be notified via email at least thirty (30) days prior to any material changes. Continued subscription after the notification period constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
