Commitment to Quality and Final Sale

Due to the refined and personal nature of our luxury products, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for candles, diffusers, wax melts, or any other items that have been used or opened. To ensure the integrity of our collection, once a product has been used or opened, it is no longer considered new and cannot be resold.

 

Guaranteed Delivery: Damaged Items

We take meticulous care in crafting and packaging every order. If your product arrives damaged during shipment, we will promptly provide a replacement or refund.

  1. Report Damage: Please contact our customer service team at customers@getasahc.com within 7 days of receiving your order to report the damage.

  2. Provide Proof: You must include clear photographic proof of the damage in your email.

  3. Return Authorization: If your damaged return is accepted, we will provide a Return Authorization Number (RA#) and a prepaid shipping label, along with instructions on where to send the package. Items sent back to us without a valid RA# will not be accepted.
