SAHC Home Fragrances: Signature Access Policy
This policy governs the enrollment, management, billing, and cancellation of the Signature Access Candle Box service offered by SAHC Home Fragrances. By enrolling in this membership, you agree to these terms and conditions.
1. Subscription Agreement and Billing

Enrollment and Pricing: By selecting the "Signature Access" option on the product page and completing checkout, you agree to receive one candle from The Signature Collection every thirty (30) days. The current member rate is $18.00 per candle, plus applicable taxes and shipping fees.

Price Protection Guarantee: This exclusive $18.00 rate is protected for the life of your active membership. While regular retail prices may increase, your member rate will remain unchanged as long as your subscription remains active and in good standing.

Automatic Renewal: The Signature Access Candle Box is an automatic renewal service. Your chosen payment method will be charged the member rate every 30 days. By providing your payment information, you authorize SAHC Home Fragrances to charge the designated account on a recurring basis until you successfully cancel your subscription.

Payment Failure: If a billing attempt fails, you will be notified immediately. We will attempt to process the payment up to three times over seven days. If payment remains unsuccessful, your subscription will be automatically paused until a valid payment method is updated in your account.
2. Subscription Management

Changes and Modifications: You can manage your membership by logging into your dedicated SAHC Customer Account Portal. Here, you may update your shipping address, billing information, or change your preferred scent selection. All modifications must be made at least 48 hours before your next scheduled billing date to take effect for the upcoming shipment.

Skipping a Shipment (Pausing): You may pause your subscription and skip an upcoming shipment through your Customer Account Portal. To skip a charge, this action must be processed at least 48 hours before your scheduled billing date.

Cancellation Policy: You may cancel your Signature Access membership at any time through your Customer Account Portal. Cancellations must be processed at least 48 hours before your next scheduled billing date. If you cancel within the 48-hour window, you will be charged for and receive that final candle, and your subscription will terminate thereafter.
3. Shipping, Returns, and Exchanges

Shipping: Shipping costs are itemized at checkout and included in your recurring billing charge. Subscription orders are processed and shipped within 1–3 business days following your successful billing date.

Damaged or Incorrect Items: Due to the recurring nature of the subscription, we do not accept returns or offer refunds for non-defective candles. If your candle arrives damaged or you receive the incorrect scent due to our error, please contact our support team at customers@getasahc.com or call 877-749-7730 within seven (7) days of delivery. We will promptly ship a replacement at no additional cost.
4. Policy Changes
SAHC Home Fragrances reserves the right to modify these terms. We will notify all active subscribers via the email address on file at least thirty (30) days prior to any material changes taking effect. Your continued subscription after the notification period constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
