Política de reembolso

Due to the nature of our products, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for used candles, diffusers, or other wax products. Once a product has been used or opened, it is no longer considered new and cannot be resold.

However, we will refund products that are damaged during shipment if you provide photographic proof of the damage. Please contact our customer service team customers@getasahc.com within 7 days of receiving your order to report any damage.

If your damaged return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without a return authorization number (RA#) will not be accepted. 

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately at  customers@getasahc.com if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges

We’re happy to exchange unused products for another similar product of the same size and price within 14 days of purchase. Please note that the buyer is responsible for all shipping costs, including return shipping and shipping of the exchanged product. 

If you wish to cancel an order, it must be completed before the order is shipped.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your damaged return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Cancellation Policy

We strive to honor cancellation requests submitted before an order has shipped; however, once an order enters the fulfillment process, it cannot be canceled. All approved cancellations are subject to a 25% restocking fee. To formally request a cancellation, you must contact customer service at 877-749-7730 to obtain a cancellation reference number. Without a confirmed reference number, the order will proceed as scheduled. If your order has already shipped, please refer to our return policy.
